QA tool to detect contradictory instructions:

What it checks:

  • Conflicting instructions in prompt
  • Contradictory content rules
  • Incompatible data source requirements

How to use:

  1. Click Consistency Check button in Generator
  2. AI analyzes all prompt sections
  3. Review identified issues
  4. Fix contradictions
  5. Re-run check

Benefits:

  • Catch errors before deployment
  • Improve generation quality
  • Reduce review burden

Define touch sequence:

Example cadence:

Day 1: Initial email
Day 3: Follow-up email (same thread)
Day 7: LinkedIn connection request
Day 10: LinkedIn message
Day 14: Phone call

Configuration:

  • Day offset from enrollment
  • Action type (email/LinkedIn/call)
  • Optional vs required
  • Threading (same email thread)

AI personalizes based on available data:

Invisible Personalization:

  • Uses context without explicitly mentioning it
  • Feels serendipitous, not robotic
  • Never says “I saw your post” or “considering your background”

Data-Driven:

  • LinkedIn activity influences tone
  • Recent news shapes messaging
  • Company context informs value prop
  • Previous interactions guide approach

Automated quality checks before delivery:

Error Categories:

  • Made up materials
  • Wrong meeting length
  • Incomplete messages
  • Subject capitalization issues
  • Invalid links
  • Invalid meeting times
  • Encoding artifacts

Max Retries: 3 attempts for validation compliance

Every sentence must be verifiably true:

  • Prefer omission to invention
  • Use evidence hierarchy: Ground Facts > Derived Facts > Metadata
  • No speculation allowed
  • Closed content list (only mention what’s in prompt)

Casual-professional, peer-to-peer:

  • 30-80 words per email
  • HTML-only body
  • No links (not even scheduling)
  • Single call-to-action
  • Sentence-case subjects

Only when justified by data:

  • Use external data as background context
  • Never fabricate personal details
  • Generic if authentic personalization impossible
  • Context-driven, not explicit

Multi-touch prospecting:

  1. Initial value prop email
  2. Follow-up with social proof
  3. LinkedIn connection
  4. LinkedIn message with case study
  5. Phone call attempt

Post-conference engagement:

  1. Nice to meet you email
  2. Follow-up with relevant resource
  3. Scheduling request

Announcement sequence:

  1. Teaser email
  2. Launch announcement
